1. General Information

The website www.biutco.ro is operated by Biutconcept SRL, headquartered at Str. Constantin Aricescu 22, Bucharest, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J2025017477009, with VAT code 51433742. Accessing and using the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products Sold

BiutCo sells products online in the following categories:

• Cosmetic products (skincare, makeup, personal care)
• Coffee
• Other lifestyle-related products (e.g., teas, etc.)

We reserve the right to modify our product range at any time, without prior notice.

3. Orders and Availability

• Orders can be placed online 24/7.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed and given the option to receive a refund or a replacement product.

4. Payment and Invoicing

Payment methods include:

• Bank card (via the secure PayU payment processor)
• Cash on delivery (under certain conditions)

The tax invoice will be issued electronically and sent by email or made available in the customer’s account.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is carried out via express courier within 5–7 business days, depending on product availability and delivery address.
• The delivery cost is displayed at the time of checkout.

6. Return Policy

According to Government Ordinance 34/2014, consumers have the right to return products purchased online within 14 calendar days from receipt, without providing any reason.

Products must be returned:

• In their original packaging
• Unopened, sealed (in the case of cosmetics), and unused

Exceptions to the right of return:

• Opened or used cosmetic products
• Perishable food products (e.g., ground or whole bean coffee, once opened)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.

7. User Account and Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account data. BiutCo is not liable for any actions carried out by unauthorized persons using a customer’s account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in cases of abusive or fraudulent use.

8. Personal Data Processing

BiutCo processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy, available at https://biutco.ro/privacy-policy

Data is used exclusively for order processing, commercial communication, and improving the user experience on the site.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials on this website (texts, images, graphics, logo) are the property of BiutCo and may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

BiutCo shall not be held liable for:

• Any errors or delays caused by the courier
• Improper use of products by the customer
• Slight differences in color/packaging compared to website images

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The updated version will be published on the website, and continued use of the site after such publication implies acceptance of the changes.

12. Complaint Policy

Any dissatisfaction or complaint related to the products or services offered by BiutCo can be submitted in writing to the e-mail address contact@biutco.ro or by post to the company's headquarters address mentioned in section 1. The complaint must include the client's identification details (full name, order number) and a detailed description of the issue. BiutCo commits to responding to any complaint within a maximum of 15 business days from its receipt.
